		Assembler Microelectronic

		Job Description: Building microelectronic circuits under microscope. Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates and substrates; Fastening Connectors; Soldering Glass Connector Pins; Striping/Attaching Wires; Epoxy Attachment; Gold Bonding; Working with small and miniature tools such as miniature soldering irons, tweezers, exacto knife, Screwdriver, and similar.			Assembly Work Stations
		Skills and Requirements: - Good eye-hand coordination a must, - Attention to details and good craftsmanship a must, - Capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English, - Will to learn, advance, and become a team player, - Reading/Understanding electronic schematics and assembly prints, - Some knowledge of basic electronics is a plus, - Self-initiative with problem solving attitude a must, - Capable of working independently and responsibly, - Most importantly: "having a good work ethics" ; "be pleasant to work with" ; "be easy to approach" ; and "having a goal oriented personality"			Assembly Under Stereo Microscope

		Academic Education: <> Minimum of High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent required. <> Reading, Writing, and Communicating in English is a must. <> Having IPC (J-STD-001) certification is a plus.
		Employee Benefits: <> Full Time (40 hours/week) ; Monday-Friday (8 :30 AM to 5 :00 PM); Flexible Launch hours; Morning/Afternoon 15min break times (Company Paid). <> Pay Rate: $12 - $16 an hour depending on skills and experience.
