Microwave Assembler

" Experienced or Entry level "

 


Job Description:
Building micro-electronic circuits under microscope. Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates. Working with small and miniature tools such as miniature soldering iron, tweezers, X-ACTO knife, and similar.

Skills and Requirements:
 - Good coordination of hands with eyes is a must.
 - Attention to details and Good craftsmanship skill is a must.
 - Capable of working Independently and responsibly.
 - Capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English.
 - Will to learn, advance, and become a team player.
 - Some knowledge of basic electronics is a plus.

{ Individuals with background in Art - Painting, Art- works, Jewelry work, or Similar may well fit for an entry level position}

US Citizenship ---OR--- Permanent Residency  required
   
Microwave Test Technician
" A minimum of 2~3 years of experience in RF/Microwave components manufacturing required "

 
Job Description:
Testing, tuning, troubleshooting of electronic and microwave circuits.  Ability to work with miniature microelectronic circuitry under  microscope. Good coordination of hands with eye, attention to details, working with small and miniature tools and a good craftsmanship skill is a must. Knowledge of basic electronic is required. Experience with microwave test equipment is required. AA degree or Technical school background is required.

Machinist / Production Assistant
" A minimum of 2~3 years machining and shop work experience required "
Job Description:
Main Job Function(80% approx.):  General Machine Shop Operator ; Operating the Manual Milling machine; Operating the Automatic CNC Machine; Operating General Machine Shop Equipments (Sander, Saw, Grinder, Drill Press, Tapping, etc.).

Other Responsibilities (20% approx.): Spray Painting, General help in maintenance and assistant to other production functions of the company

Skills and Requirements:
-    Minimum education: High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent  
-   Minimum 2~3 years of machining and shop work experience  
-    CNC programming knowledge is preferred, but it is not an immediate requirement. 
 -    Reading and understanding blue prints and mechanical drawings
 -   General computer knowledge is an advantage
 -   Good craftsmanship skill and use of tools is a must
 -  Good communication skills, self-managing, self-motivation, self-discipline, well organized, along with team playing spirit are qualities that job candidate must have.
